The best way to lower the cost of education is to offer high quality degrees at no cost, forcing other existing universities to compete on cost for the best student. By creating a USA University System with campuses in all fifty states we would offer around four million students annually a zero-cost option. That not only would offer about 20% of college students and education at zero-cost, it would also force other universities to compete for the best students. We estimate that would save a family of four saving for college between $6000-$24,000 annually.
